Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to make a difference in our Managed Security Services.
Managed Security Services
Truesec helps customers globally with Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services and Managed Detection & Response services for IT and OT environments. Our services are all delivered by skilled security analysis teams that conducts 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers’ proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers’ IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.
The Role
Together with your team, you make sure Truesec becomes a long-term, trusted partner to our customers by delivering high technical quality, consistency, and strong relationships over time.
As Team Manager, you lead both people and delivery. You support and develop your team while making sure the day-to-day work runs smoothly—balancing quality, efficiency, and structure in line with how we work and what we’ve committed to our customers.
You stay close to the team, our customers and the business in general, stepping in when needed and working closely with stakeholders across Truesec (Head of Delivery Management, other Team Managers, SDMs, KAMs, SOC, Sales, and others). You’re also expected to challenge and improve how we work—finding better ways to deliver, collaborate, and develop our services over time. To achieve this, we believe leading by example is suitable and therefore you will be responsible for a few customers yourself as well.
You’re part of a leadership team that works hands-on to strengthen delivery, grow our advisory capability, and build engaged, skilled teams. You take responsibility for your team’s budget and contribute to the overall performance of Delivery Management.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in a similar role or position within IT/Cybersecurity

Proven leadership and people management experience

Experience working with service delivery and customer facing roles

Strong structural, analytical, and prioritization skills

Ability to handle complex and highpressure situations

Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Bonus Skills:

Experience from managed services or securityrelated environments

Experience working with Technical Account Management

Experience in recruitment and team scaling

Project and change management experience
Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
