Today, we are around 400 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an Solution Sales Specialist OT to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the OT (Operational Technology) domain, helping organizations secure their critical infrastructure and digital assets. 

The Role

As an OT Solution Sales Specialist at Truesec, you will play a key role in building and growing our OT Security offering – an area where we see strong potential to make a real difference for our customers and for society. As OT environments become increasingly exposed to cyber threats, this role combines technical expertise, customer dialogue, and strategic solution development.

You will work closely with customers to understand their OT risks and business needs, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process. Together with colleagues across Managed Services, Professional Services, and Incident Response, you will design and position OT Security solutions that are both technically sound and commercially relevant. A central part of the role is translating complex OT and cyber risks into clear, business‑relevant solutions.

This is not a role focused on selling a fixed portfolio. You will actively help shape and mature Truesec’s OT Security solution area over time, participating in bids, proposals, and complex customer cases. You will also contribute to how our OT Security offering is positioned externally, including go‑to‑market initiatives and branding. The role reports to the Head of Solution Sales and Bid Management and offers significant influence, responsibility, and strong support from experienced colleagues across Truesec.

Your Potential Background

You have experience working in or close to Operational Technology environments and a solid understanding of cybersecurity, preferably in industrial, critical, or complex settings. Your background may include network security or industrial network architectures, and you have likely been involved in driving or delivering cybersecurity initiatives within manufacturing, production, critical infrastructure, or other industrial environments.

You combine strong technical competence with a commercial mindset and are comfortable in customer‑facing roles. You are confident discussing both technical details and business impact, and you understand how to align security solutions with customer needs. As a person, you are driven, curious, and collaborative, motivated by building something long‑term rather than selling a finished offering. You build trust in customer interactions and share Truesec’s ambition to protect society’s most critic

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
