Today, we are around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an OT & Network Specialist Sales professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the OT (Operational Technology) and network security domain, helping organizations secure their critical infrastructure and digital assets. 

The Role

As an OT & Network Specialist Sales at Truesec, you will be responsible for new businesses and managing relationships with clients in OT & network security solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic account management:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in OT and network security solutions, with a primary focus on OT Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and OT security consulting services.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, energy, transportation, and other OT-heavy industries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical and business needs.

• Collaborate with Truesec’s technical experts to present tailored solutions and support pre-sales activities.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance regulations (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443).

• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and market developments, sharing insights with the team.

• Represent Truesec at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.

What You Will Sell

• OT Managed Detection & Response (MDR): Truesec’s 24/7 OT MDR service provides real-time threat detection, custom detections, and proactive risk mitigation to secure OT environments, leveraging the largest SOC in the Nordics and advanced monitoring technologies.

• OT Security Consulting: Expert-led security posture evaluations, penetration testing, compliance support (NIS2, IEC 62443), and tailored risk mitigation strategies for operational technology environments. 

Your Potential Background

• Proven experience in sales or business development within OT/network security, cybersecurity, or related IT domains.

• Strong understanding of OT environments, industrial networks, and common cybersecurity challenges.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443) and industry best practices.

• Fluent in English; additional Nordic or European languages are a plus.

• Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is an advantage.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
