The Role

As Lead Integration Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, building, and maintaining the integration architecture that connects Truesec’s platform and internal tools with external systems and services. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that empower our teams and clients.

You will be a technical leader, driving best practices and continuous improvement, while also inspiring and mentoring your colleagues. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to scale, accelerate innovation, and deliver on our ambitious vision moving forward.

What you will do: 

• Design and implement integration solutions and middleware to ensure secure and reliable data exchange
• Evaluate and select integration technologies and tools to support our strategy
• Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of our integration stack
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases
• Automate and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code, following best practices and our ways of working
• Lead code reviews, document solutions, and share knowledge within the team
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and drive continuous improvement

Your Potential Background

To succeed in this role we believe that you have/are: 

• Several years of experience in backend development and system architecture
• Proficiency in .NET and Python
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep)
• Skilled in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, especially using GitHub Actions
• Strong communication skills in English

Bonus Skills: 

• Experience in cybersecurity or secure software development
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
