Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Senior Product Owner s who wants to make a difference in our talented Technology Services Team.

The Technology Services Team

The Technology Services team is an integral part of Truesec’s Technology organization, bringing together highly skilled specialists with a deep passion for secure and innovative solution development. As a Senior Product owner, you be part of a small team of Product Owners, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the highest standards of cybersecurity and technological advancement. We foster a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement are at the core of our daily work. In your role you will be key player to shaping the future of our platforms and services, and continue driving Truesec’s mission to create safety and sustainability in a digital world.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Owner within Technology Services, you will shape and enhance our advanced security solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will collaborate closely with Technology, Managed Services, Commercial, and Professional Services to define and prioritize development, enablement, and life cycle management, ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional value and align with organizational goals. Your focus will be on components critical to customer-facing services, including backend integrations and customer interfaces such as APIs. You will define and maintain the product backlog, coordinate development with engineering, establish clear acceptance criteria, and act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Driving innovation, you will champion the adoption of AI, automation, and agentic workflows, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of cybersecurity.

About You

You are an independent, driven, and collaborative leader with a strong foundation in engineering principles. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable mentoring colleagues and guiding cross-functional teams. You are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, enjoy staying ahead of industry trends, and are committed to continuous improvement. Your ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and your skill in communicating across technical and non-technical audiences make you an essential bridge between engineering and business.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a cybersecurity or technology-driven environment.

• Solid foundation in engineering principles, with experience in software development and system design.

• Familiarity with coding practices, configuration management, and the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions.

• Proven ability to empower advanced customers through effective communication, co-solutioning, and support, enabling full utilization of product features and capabilities.

• Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and agentic workflows.

• Background in release management, product lifecycle ownership, or customer training and enablement.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with hands on coding and/or platform engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed build vs. buy decisions.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity.

• Experience with backend integrations and API management for customer-facing services.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
