Today, we are around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an IAM Solution Sales Specialist professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the IAM security domain, helping organizations secure their critical infrastructure and digital assets.
The Role
As an IAM Solution Sales Specialist, you will drive new business and expand relationships with both new and existing clients, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, positioning Truesec’s IAM offerings, and ensuring clients achieve robust identity security and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for IAM solutions across various industries.

Engage with clients to understand their identity security challenges and requirements.

Deliver consultative solution presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating the business value of Truesec’s IAM portfolio.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

Stay up to date with IAM market trends, emerging threats, and evolving compliance requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO27001).
• • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to support lead generation and successful project handover.Your Potential Background

We believe you are a solution-driven sales professional with a calm and consultative approach, able to inspire trust and confidence in complex sales cycles.
Required Skills:

Proven track record in solution-based sales, ideally within IAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.

Solid understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID Governance, SailPoint, Privileged Access Management multi-factor authentication).

Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIS2, DORA, NIST, ISO27001).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Fluent in English (and preferably a local Nordic language).
Bonus Skills:

Experience in delivering or selling IAM projects, including deployment and integration.

Familiarity with application security, cloud security, and related disciplines.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
