Do you want to be at the forefront of protecting our society against cyber threats? We are looking for a Senior Service Owner to lead our flagship Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service, combining cutting-edge cloud technology with expert SOC operations to deliver best-in-class cybersecurity protection for our customers in our Managed Security Services domain.

Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Senior Services Owner who wants to make a difference in our Managed Security Services domain.

Managed Security Services

Truesec helps customers globally with Managed Detection & Response including Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services for both IT and OT environment. Our services are all delivered by skilled security analysis teams that conduct 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers’ proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers’ IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.

The Role

You’ll drive the evolution of our established MDR service, accelerating development to meet emerging customer needs and support our expansion, with particular focus on the Nordic markets. Working at the intersection of our cloud platform and SOC operations, you’ll shape the future of how we detect and respond to cyber threats at scale while enabling our go-to-market teams to succeed across European markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate to develop and execute the MDR services strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving market demands. 

  • Engage with customers to deeply understand needs, pain points, and opportunities for service enhancement. 

  • Partner with engineering teams and SOC leadership to optimize workflows, service delivery, and platform development. 

  • Monitor the cybersecurity landscape, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify strategic opportunities. 

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support growth efforts, including creating compelling content and developing go-to-market strategies. 

  • Define and track key metrics for service performance, operational efficiency, and customer success. 

  • Foster collaboration between technology and human-driven SOC operations to ensure operational excellence. 

Your Potential Background
  • 10+ years of IT-service management experience with a track record in B2B products or services (cybersecurity, SaaS, or service-oriented industries). 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills along with technical skills. 

  • Experience within MDR, SOC operations, and cybersecurity. 

  • Experience supporting go-to-market teams, familiarity with European and Nordic markets is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. 

  • Fluency in English; Nordic languages are an advantage but not mandatory.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.

Due to Christmas holidays, selection and interviews will begin in January 2026.
