Truesec helps customers globally with Managed Detection & Response including Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services for both IT and OT environment. Our services are all delivered by skilled security analysis teams that conduct 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers’ proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers’ IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.

The Role

As a Threat Exposure Analyst at Truesec, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our clients proactive cybersecurity posture. Your responsibilities will span from vulnerability research, producing actionable remediation recommendations, and providing expert guidance to our Managed Threat Exposure customers. You will actively monitor the external threat landscape, conduct hands-on threat hunting, and publish high-quality threat intelligence reports that guides both internal teams and client organizations.

You will leverage your technical acumen to analyse vulnerabilities and attack vectors, contribute to technical reporting on emerging cyber threats, and collaborate with a team of industry-leading experts. Your Potential Background

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, ideally with experience in vulnerability management, attack prediction, threat intelligence, or threat hunting. A passion for OSINT research, technical writing, and continuous learning is essential. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share knowledge with colleagues to drive team development and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Approximately 2 years of documented experience in cybersecurity

• Solid understanding of cyber kill-chains and common attack vectors

• Basic knowledge of malware and its behaviors

• Strong analytical mindset and methodical approach to problem-solving

• Proven experience in technical report writing (e.g., incident reports or penetration testing reports)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Skills:

• Vulnerability Management (Web, OS)

• Penetration Testing (Web, OS)

• Threat Hunting

• Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language)

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.

Due to Christmas holidays, selection and interviews will begin in January 2026.
