Truesec and Vega Partner To Deliver Enhanced Visibility and Threat Response Across the Nordics
Stockholm, June 17, 2026 – Truesec, a leading Nordic cybersecurity company, and Vega, the AI-native security analytics platform, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver a new generation of managed detection and response (MDR) services across the Nordics.
Combining Vega’s Security Analytics Mesh with Truesec’s incident response and MDR expertise, the partnership will help organisations strengthen detection, investigation and response across increasingly complex IT, cloud and hybrid environments, without needing to migrate data, replace existing platforms or redesign their security architecture.
Security teams are facing increasing pressure as threat actors move faster and the data required for effective detection and investigation becomes more widely distributed across tools, cloud environments and systems. The collaboration brings together Truesec’s extensive experience responding to cyber incidents with Vega’s AI-native approach to security analytics that analyses data wherever it resides – across cloud, on-premises and legacy environments – without requiring costly migration or centralisation. Together, they enable organisations to improve visibility, accelerate detection and strengthen security operations while leveraging their existing infrastructure.
“Truesec has built one of the strongest cybersecurity and incident response practices in the Nordics, and this partnership is a powerful signal of how security operations are evolving,” said Shay Sandler, CEO and Co-Founder of Vega. “As environments become more distributed, security teams need architectures that allow analysts and AI-driven workflows to operate effectively across data wherever it resides. We’re excited to work with Truesec to bring that model to more organisations across the region.”
Through the partnership, Truesec will offer services around the Vega platform, including assessments, implementation and fully managed 24/7 SOC services covering detection, response and incident management.
“By combining our expertise in MDR and incident response with Vega’s AI-driven federated analytics platform, we can provide customers with enhanced detection capabilities and greater operational capacity through AI,” said Marcus Murray, Founder of Truesec. “Customers gain full visibility across their IT and cloud environments without having to migrate data or replace existing platforms.”
“Organisations are facing increasingly sophisticated threats while struggling with growing complexity, fragmented visibility and rising security operations costs,” said Karin Hagman, CEO of Truesec. “Together with Vega, we are introducing a new AI-driven approach to security operations that helps customers strengthen cyber resilience and gain greater value from their existing security investments.”
As part of its continued investment in the Nordic market, Vega has appointed Svante Hagblom as Regional Sales Manager, Nordics and Baltics, and Ida Stanar as Senior Channel Manager. The company was also recently included in Redpoint’s 2026 InfraRed 100, recognising 100 of the most promising private companies in AI infrastructure.
