Group Functions
Truesec consists of several Business Units who act as partners towards our customers within various different areas of cyber security. The group function supports with e.g. Information Security, Governance Risk and Compliance, Marketing, People & Culture, and Finance and do so both locally and globally. All functions act and collaborate with the organization with a business objective in mind as the tasks are crucial for Truesec to continue to prevent cyber breach and minimize impact.
The Role
As a Security Administrator, you will belong to and work within our Global Security and Compliance function. This function is responsible for managing, among other things, Information Security, Compliance, Standards, ESG, as well as physical and personnel security at Truesec.
In this role, you will be responsible, in collaboration with the Global Security and Compliance function, for driving the security protection work throughout Truesec. This includes providing operational and daily support, as well as engaging in preventive and strategic work aimed at continuous improvement initiatives. You will compile and communicate necessary security protection instructions, procedures, and documents to relevant parties within Truesec.
Your Potential Background
To thrive in this position, you should:
- Have relevant knowledge of the Security Protection Act and its application.
- Have a general understanding of other applicable laws and requirements regarding our Global Security and Compliance function.
- Adapt quickly to changes and find it easy to learn company operational systems, including their structure and function.
- Have a positive attitude and drive your work in accordance with the organization’s decisions, goals, and guidelines.
- Make well-informed assessments and demonstrate good judgment in your actions and decision-making.
- Have an interest in and a desire to stay up to date within the spectrum of laws and regulations connected to Information Security, Standards, and Compliance.
- Possess good planning and organizing skills, can prioritize effectively, and work according to set timelines.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have most of the following skills:
- Administrative Competency: Strong focus on administrative tasks related to security protection agreements and security clearances.
- Operational Support: Ability to manage daily tasks connected to security, compliance, and Information Security effectively.
- Development Skills: Capable of developing processes related to security and compliance and keeping the organization informed.
- Assessment Skills: Proficient in conducting assessments and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Proficiency in both Swedish and English for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Bonus Skills
While not required, the following skills would be advantageous:
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects and driving processes related to security, compliance, and Information Security.
- Training Experience: Background in conducting training sessions on security and compliance topics.
- ESG Experience: Have experience working with compliance related to ESG & Sustainability
Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
