We are looking for Sales Excellence Lead to join our Commercial department at Truesec. You will have ownership of operational frameworks including processes, tools, KPIs, reporting and initiatives to support the Commercial department’s strategy and goals.

Today, we are over 340 employees, and as cybercrime grows, so must we. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Sales Excellence Lead who wants to make a difference here at Truesec.
The Role
As a Sales Excellence Lead you’ll have a key role in driving the operational backbone behind our go-to-market success. You will be responsible for optimizing commercial operations and enabling business success through smart tools, processes, and insights.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Truesec’s CCO, management team, finance, and delivery units to build and own a professional commercial framework. You will ensure our business rhythm is running smoothly and effectively to support our continued rapid growth — across teams, service areas, and regions.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a scalable commercial operations framework – including processes, tools, KPIs, reporting, and initiatives – to support Truesec’s go-to-market strategy and growth.
- Lead the Rhythm of Business across regions and service lines: business planning, segmentation, quota setting, account planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Take ownership of sales systems and tools, with a focus on CRM and analytics – ensuring alignment with business needs, continuous optimization, and user adoption.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve commercial processes and reporting structures that drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating key commercial activities between sales, finance, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CCO and commercial leadership, providing insights and operational support that directly impact revenue performance.
- Promote a culture of excellence, scalability, and data-driven decision making across all commercial operations
Your potential background:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations or as a commercial excellence management consultant.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers, data and AI.
- Thorough understanding of professional and managed services business; cybersecurity knowledge a bonus.
- Experience with enterprise CRM and BI tools, preferably HubSpot and PowerBI.
- Proven track record with sales systems, planning, process optimization, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment.
- Winning mentality and a can-do attitude.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
