IT Operations Specialist

Today, we employ around 340 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an IT Operations Specialist who wants to make a difference in our Internal IT team.

Our Internal IT team

Our Internal IT team is a vital part of Truesec’s Technology organization, dedicated to ensuring the stability, security, and continuous development of our internal infrastructure. We work closely with colleagues across the company, supporting their daily operations and enabling them to deliver world-class cybersecurity services. By combining deep technical expertise with a consultative approach, our team drives innovation, automation, and system integrations, making sure Truesec’s internal environment is robust, efficient, and always evolving to meet new challenges.

The Role

As an IT Operations Specialist in our Internal IT team, you will:

• Work with operations, support, and development of our internal systems and integrations.
• Handle support cases at all levels, from standard to advanced (level 1–3).
• Drive and maintain automation, as well as develop new features and integrations between systems.
• Maintain cloud environments and collaborate with vendors, work with internal migration projects and incident management
• Be a key part of building and improving our internal IT structure, ensuring daily stable operations and continual development.

You will collaborate with others in the tech organization and experts from various fields, especially within our Secure Infrastruture domain and sensitive deliveries. Daily challenges include balancing centralized vs. local solutions, innovation, and problem-solving.

Your Potential Background

We believe you have several years of experience in IT operations, preferably with a focus on automation and integrations. You have worked in corporate environments with user management, permissions, and operational support, and have a good understanding of processes around system support and maintenance.

Need to have:

• Experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, PowerShell
• Understanding of networks and infrastructure on a general level
• Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Ability to work independently as well as closely in a team
• Flexibility and willingness to learn – a high level of security awareness is a must

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS and Google Cloud
• Network and/or security experience
• Other scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, Terraform or Javascript)
