Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Senior Solution Architect who wants to make a difference in our Truesec Architecture team.

As part of Technology, our architects work closely with development teams and business units to ensure that our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the highest standards of cybersecurity. About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect at Truesec, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous evolution of our cutting-edge services. Working at the forefront of technology, you and your colleagues ensure we remain ahead of the curve in a complex and rapidly changing industry. Your expertise will be key to maintaining our position as leaders in cybersecurity, enabling us to deliver world-class solutions to our clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of technologies, including but not limited to, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, advanced cybersecurity platforms such as XDR and vulnerability management, as well as programming languages like Python, .Net, and Powershell. You will also engage with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Bicep, OpenTofu, Terraform) and explore practical AI solutions relevant to cybersecurity. This diverse tech stack will allow you to continuously develop your expertise and drive innovation.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across departments and business units, working closely with customers, development teams, and management to understand requirements and business objectives. By leveraging your deep technical expertise in solution and technical architecture, you will design innovative and scalable solutions that streamline processes, strengthen customer environments, and enhance our overall security offering—all while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping how we build, manage, and implement architectural frameworks. You will be a key contributor to the development of the Agentic SOC of the future.

Your potential background

We believe you have a robust technical foundation, with previous experience in solution architecture or engineering. Your background likely includes designing, building, and maintaining complex, cloud-based solutions, giving you a comprehensive understanding of application and security architecture.

Your experience has equipped you with the ability to visualize, strategize, and execute on a holistic level, enabling you to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with cybersecurity predictive or detective tools and platforms (e.g., XDR, vulnerability management, IoC management)

• Strong knowledge of network architecture

• Proficiency in cloud-based solutions, primarily Azure and the Entra ID suite

• Programming skills (e.g., Python, .Net, Powershell)

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Skills

• AI & Machine Learning: Practical implementation of AI in cybersecurity (machine learning, classification, agentic AI systems)

• Data Engineering: Experience with large-scale telemetry sets and data lake management

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in tools such as Bicep, OpenTofu, or Terraform

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
